The New Leader's Council (NLC) is a 501(c)(3) that works to recruit, train and promote the progressive political entrepreneurs of tomorrow — trendsetters, elected officials and civically-engaged leaders in business and industries who will shape the future landscape.
The members of the New Leaders Council - Orange County would like to invite you to join us for our annual fundraiser: OC's Legacy of Leadership, Innovation and Progress!
It will be an evening of networking with other community leaders, art, music, and food from GD Bro Food Truck, Watson’s Diner, and Tabu Burgers. Drinks will also be available including beer from Bottle Logic Brewery.
The evening will feature speakers: Writer/Producer/Director Kamran Pasha (http://en.wikipedia.org/ wiki/Kamran_Pasha) who will also be signing books after the event, and California State Assembly, District 74 candidate, Anila Ali (http://en.m.wikipedia.org/ wiki/Anila_Ali). We will be honoring a local champion of progress, Julio Perez, the Executive Director for the OC Labor Federation (More on Julio’s work here: http://www.ocweekly.com/ 2013-12-26/news/ julio-perez-orange-county-l abor-federation/)

If you are unable to attend, it would be great if you could still make a donation (of any amount!) to help our group. The organization is a 501c3, so all donations are tax deductible, and all proceeds go towards the next year’s class (booking speakers/trainers etc so the cost is free to participate).
